Dine & Donate Re-cap at Paragon Tap & Table

For the second year, GSHNJ teamed up with local chefs to bring you exciting culinary creations using your favorite Girl Scout Cookies! We were so excited to get the chance to work with season 6 Chopped champion, Eric LeVine, who did an amazing job representing four delicious Girl Scout cookies into unique dishes.

For an appetizer, Chef Eric created Tagalong Chicken Satay Bites with Spicy Peanut Butter Sauce. We would eat that every single day if given the chanceit was that good.

There were two dinner entrees to choose from: Thin Mint Lamb Chops with Garlic Mushrooms, Spicy Potato Plank and Thin Mint Sauce and a Trefoils and Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi with Stir-fried Kohlrabi and Scallion Rice. Both were delicious!

For dessert, Chef Eric whipped up a sweet Samoa Cookie Sandwich with a Caramel Mousse. We had to stop ourselves from going back for more.
