30 Days of Good Deeds: Troop #80078 Made Cards to Send Overseas

A mixed Brownie/Junior troop from Lambertville took part in a bunch of good deeds this past holiday season! Keep reading to see how they spent time together putting smiles on the faces of people at every age!

The girls were familiar with Heritage Village, a local senior citizen apartment complex community, so they decided to visit the residents and sing Christmas carols to them! But that wasn't the end of their community service activity. The ladies also wanted to spread holiday cheer to those who might not be able to celebrate the holidays at home with their families.

The Girl Scouts got hard to work constructing holiday cards for children who were hospitalized over the holiday season and they even made special cards for military troops serving overseas.

Is your Troop doing something amazing? Do you know a Girl Scout who is making a change in her community? Fill out this easy form to submit your Good Deed!
